Our Youth Clinics are built to help kids learn, grow, and stay active through consistent weekly training. Over the course of 6 weeks, players meet once per week for guided instruction, skill-building games, and friendly competitions that keep them motivated and improving.

Whether they’re brand-new to the sport or already building confidence on the court, our clinics offer the perfect mix of coaching and play.

1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who submit their name, email address, and phone number through the official entry form. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter on behalf of a minor participant. Employees of The Heights Athletic Club and Dynamite Pickleball, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to win.

2. How to Enter
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
To enter, participants must complete the Giveaway entry form and provide accurate contact information, including name, email address, and mobile phone number. Limit one entry per sport per person. Duplicate entries may be removed.

3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one free registration for a Heights Athletic Club's Youth Tennis Clinic / Youth Pickleball Clinic. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may only be redeemed for the designated program session.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. One entry will be selected per sport. The winner for each sport may be the same person.
The drawing will occur on or about December 17, 2025.
The winner will be notified via email and/or text message using the contact information provided at entry. If the winner does not respond within three (3) days, another winner may be selected.

5. Agreement to Receive Communications
By entering this Giveaway, you expressly consent to receive:

7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow The Heights Athletic Club / Dynamite Pickleball to use their name, and the minor participant’s name (first name only), in promotional materials, unless prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond our control impacts the integrity or operation of the Giveaway. We also reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree that The Heights Athletic Club / Dynamite Pickleball and its owners, employees, and representatives are not responsible for:
– Lost, late, or misdirected entries
– Technical errors that prevent participation
– Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or the prize
