A refundable deposit of $250 must be submitted at booking. The deposit will be refunded within 3 business days, less any additional charges or damages. Any group of 12 or more people (members & guests) is considered a party and requires manager approval. Parties at the pool must be held during normal business hours: 11am – 8pm. Pickleball party reservation hours: 9am-9pm On the day of the party, all guests must wait until they are signed in after the member/sponsor of the party completes the sign in process. All guests will also be given a presentation of club rules during the waiver signing process, and must abide by all rules and policies of Heights Athletic Club. Decorations: Please use eco-friendly decorations and clean up afterwards. Additional trash bags are available in the Kitchen. Outside food and drinks are permitted, with the exception of alcohol and any glass bottles. Alcohol must be purchased through the Kitchen.
