Organized by: Heights Athletic Club, LLC, in partnership with Dynamite Pickleball, LLC
1. Overview
This agreement outlines the responsibilities, expectations, and legal disclaimers for participants. By signing, you (“Participant”) acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
2. Role of Clubs
Heights Athletic Club, LLC in partnership with Dynamite Pickleball, LLC (“Clubs”) acts as a group coordinator and facilitator—not a licensed travel agent or tour operator. Included services: lodging, airport transportation, pickleball time, groceries, and optional activities.
3. Assumption of Risk
Participants accept risks related to:
- Sports injuries (pickleball, hiking)
- Transportation accidents
- Property loss or theft
- Illness (including foodborne or airborne)
- Weather or natural disasters
- Travel delays or cancellations
You agree not to hold Clubs liable for injuries, illness, or losses.
4. Waiver of Liability
You release Clubs and affiliates from claims related to:
- Injury or illness
- Lost or damaged property
- Travel disruptions
- Third-party service issues
This includes ordinary negligence but excludes gross negligence or intentional harm.
5. Third-Party Providers
All services are provided by third-party vendors. Clubs is not responsible for their actions or guarantees.
6. Medical Authorization & Insurance
You are responsible for your own health. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation
- Medical emergencies
- Lost luggage
In an emergency, you authorize treatment and accept related costs.

7. Participant Conduct
Be respectful toward all participants, staff, and locals. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from activities or housing.
8. Photo & Video Release
By attendance at reservations, events, or general participation, you grant Clubs permission to use your likeness in a photograph and/or video in any and all publications and materials without payment or consideration made to you. The attendee realizes these photos and/or videos become the property of the Clubs and will not be returned. The attendee authorizes the Clubs to use, edit, copy, publish or exhibit any photo or video for any lawful purpose. The attendee waives the right to review any photo or video or to obtain royalties from the photo or video. Photos and videos will be taken throughout the day and some photographs/videos will be posted on our web site and newsletter. Please let the Clubs know if you do not wish to have your picture/video made public.
9. Payments & Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for changes, delays, or cancellations beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Texas law. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas.
11. Acknowledgment & Acceptance
By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement voluntarily and are of legal age.
12. Payment Terms, Deposits & Refund Schedule
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to register. Register here: https://heightsathleticclub.com/inner-shift
Final payment due: Three months prior to the departure date, on the first of that month
Failure to pay will result in cancellation without refund of deposit.
Transfers to another participant are allowed until one month prior to departure with a $50 admin fee.
All cancellations or transfer requests must be made in writing to: travel@dynamitepickleball.com
