Heights Athletic Club, LLC hosts the Inner Shift Academy which organizes recreational and educational retreats focused on pickleball, personal development, and group travel. We are not a licensed travel agency, nor are we a seller of travel under California or other state-specific regulations. All lodging, transportation, and excursions are arranged through third-party providers, and Inner Shift Academy assumes no responsibility for the operations of these vendors.
By registering for a retreat, participants agree to assume all risks related to travel, lodging, recreational activities, and health. We strongly recommend that all participants purchase their own comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, medical issues, or travel disruptions.

Participation in any Inner Shift Academy program is subject to acceptance of our waiver and terms of participation.
