Join us for the HAC Community Garage Sale on Saturday, September 26, from 11:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.! Admission is free, and food will be available for purchase. Want to sell? Reserve one of only 15 vendor spaces for $20. Vendors provide their own table, chairs, tent and tent weights.

Vendor Space Requirements

  • Each vendor receives one 10′ × 10′ space.
  • Vendors must provide their own table, chairs, tent and tent weights.
  • Tent stakes are not permitted on pavement.
  • Electricity is not available.
  • Setup is from 10:30–11:15 a.m.
  • Vendors must be ready by 11:30 a.m. and remain set up until 3:30 p.m.
  • All merchandise and trash must be removed by 4:15 p.m.
  • Vendors keep their proceeds and handle their own payments, change and applicable sales tax.

HAC Community Garage Sale – Vendor Terms of Service

By registering as a vendor for the HAC Community Garage Sale, I agree to the following:

1. Vendor Space: My $20 registration reserves one 10′ × 10′ vendor space. Spaces may not be transferred or shared without approval from Heights Athletic Club (HAC).

2. Setup & Cleanup: Vendor setup is from 10:30–11:15 a.m. Vendors must be ready by 11:30 a.m., remain set up until the sale ends at 3:30 p.m., and remove all merchandise and trash by 4:15 p.m.

3. Equipment: Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tent and properly secured tent weights. Tent stakes are not permitted on paved surfaces. Electricity is not provided.

4. Sales & Payments: Vendors keep all proceeds and are responsible for their own payment methods, cash/change, sales tax and any other applicable taxes or permits.

5. Prohibited Items: Vendors may not sell illegal or hazardous materials, weapons, alcohol, tobacco products, medications, recalled products, counterfeit merchandise, or live animals. HAC reserves the right to require the removal of any item it considers unsafe or inappropriate for the event.

6. Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for their merchandise, equipment, money and personal property. HAC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.

7. Safety & Conduct: Vendors agree to maintain a safe, clean and family-friendly space and follow reasonable instructions from HAC staff during the event.

8. Refunds & Weather: Vendor registration fees are nonrefundable unless HAC cancels the event. HAC may modify, postpone or cancel the event because of weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond its control.

9. Photos & Promotion: I give Heights Athletic Club permission to photograph or record the event and use images or video that may include me or my vendor space for promotional purposes.

10. Agreement: By submitting my registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to these Vendor Terms of Service and accept responsibility for complying with them.
