A Pickleball Event Benefiting the Harker Heights High School Booster Club
Heights Athletic Club is proud to partner with the HHHS Knights Athletic Court Booster Club to host a community pickleball event designed to bring players together while supporting local student-athletes.
Whether you’re brand new to pickleball or already playing consistently, this event has a place for you.
Cost: $35 per participant
Date: March 28, 1pm-4pm
Participants will choose one of the two event options below during registration.
Option 1: Beginner Clinic
New to pickleball? This clinic is designed specifically for beginners who want structured instruction in a supportive, welcoming environment.
You’ll learn:
- Basic rules and scoring
- Proper serve and return technique
- Kitchen (non-volley zone) fundamentals
- Court positioning and simple strategy
Our coaching team will guide you step-by-step so you leave confident and ready to play.
Perfect for first-timers or players still building consistency.
Option 2: Intermediate Scramble
Already comfortable with the rules and rallying? Join our Intermediate Scramble, a fun, fast-paced rotating partner event.
How it works:
- Players rotate partners each round
- Short, competitive games
- Individual scoring format
- Prizes and bragging rights on the line
This format keeps the energy high and gives you the opportunity to meet and compete with multiple players throughout the event.
Ideal for players around the 2.5–3.5 level who are ready for competitive, social play.
Supporting the Knights
A portion of proceeds from this event will directly benefit the Harker Heights High School Booster Club, helping support student-athletes and school programs.
This is more than just a tournament — it’s a chance to rally around our local community.
